Only eleven years old, Tanit is lost fifteen thousand light-years away from home. She has made a name for herself between the aliens, gaining their respect, but she still has no clue about how to return home. Suddenly, she will find herself in a place that does not exist, encountering superior creatures so distant from her universe that even the memory of their existance has been lost in time.
A deal is then offered: If she recovers a strange object that they lost, they will tell her how the accident that killed her father occurred. What Tanit does not know is that there are others searching for that device... and that they are willing to kill for it. But the impossible is not something unknown to her...
