"M Vow" es una canción escrita, compuesta, interpretada, grabada (en todas sus partes y pistas), producida, mezclada y masterizada integramente por Alvaro Amarante Sánchez (conocido como Alan James en Beev Rations), fundador y líder de Beev Rations.
Compuesta el 12 de febrero de 2020, ese mismo día se graban las tomas de Alan a la guitarra rítmica y voz solista, simultáneamente . Durante los siguientes días se graban voces, guitarra solista, bajo y percusión, añadiéndose efectos posteriormente. Como single, el master final data del 12 de abril del mismo año. Se estrena el 23 de ese mes y se lanza el 2 de mayo.
Se trata de una canción mayormente folk-rock con un toque psicodélico, dentro de los géneros de Indie, Bedroom pop y Roots rock.
