This service allows you to certify which important messages, such as notifications or communications, have been received and opened by the recipient.
How does it work?
1- Access the Safe Stamper Notify form and fill in the necessary information to send the message:
- The addresses or telephone numbers of the recipients.
- Their names.
- The message itself.
- And an attachment if you wish.
2- Safe Stamper will send an email or SMS to the recipients' addresses. In it they will see that you are the sender, the subject of your message, and a link where they will have to enter to read the content.
You can also configure:
- Whether the recipient can send a reply message to the notification.
- If you want to receive a warning email when the recipient reads this notification.
- You can also set a closing date for the notification if the recipient has not read it within a certain period of time.
- The resending of the notification, if the recipient has not read it yet.
Result:
In your Safe Stamper account you can see how many times the message has been accessed, from which IP addresses, the exact date and time, and whether the attachment has been downloaded. "A certificate is generated with the current status of the certificate."
Downloading the certificate:
Currently available in two languages: Spanish or English.
Note: Each recipient of the notification will consume one certification credit if you used a prepaid account.
