About the work
The work consists of a detachable decorative accessory designed for attachment to over-ear headphones through a central curved clamping structure adapted to secure onto the external side area of the headphone assembly without permanent modification.
The accessory is composed of a symmetrical pair of layered butterfly-inspired wing structures positioned laterally on each side of the central attachment assembly. Each wing structure features elongated upper wing elements rendered in deep blue and navy coloration with translucent iridescent surfaces and embedded vein-like ornamental illustrations distributed throughout the composition. Positioned beneath the principal wing formations are smaller layered lower wing elements featuring translucent violet, lavender, and blue reflective surfaces that create a multi-layered three-dimensional fantasy-inspired appearance.
The wing formations incorporate elongated pointed lower extensions, curved sculptural contours, and layered translucent segments arranged symmetrically around the central attachment structure. Positioned at the junction between the upper and lower wing assemblies are integrated jewel-like ornamental elements rendered in blue coloration. Suspended beneath these central decorative elements are articulated dangling ornaments consisting of crystal-like pendants attached through metallic micro-chain connectors.
The central attachment structure is formed by a curved metallic clamping element integrated into the ornamental composition while preserving the detachable functionality of the accessory.
The overall composition combines translucent resin-like materials, iridescent fantasy-inspired finishes, layered butterfly wing architecture, jewel-inspired ornamental detailing, articulated suspended decorations, and symmetrical sculptural forms to create a detachable decorative fashion accessory intended for aesthetic customization of headphones. All wing illustrations, ornamental markings, internal vein patterns, fantasy-inspired motifs, and decorative surface artwork incorporated into the wing structures are original artistic expressions created by the author and constitute integral protected elements of the overall design composition. The visual identity of the work is defined by the specific arrangement of the layered butterfly wing formations, jewel-inspired central detailing, suspended crystal-like ornaments, curved clamping structure, elongated sculptural contours, and the balanced symmetrical composition of all decorative elements.
