About the work
Eldritch Inquiry is an original software application implementing a custom tabletop card game system designed for in-person and digital-assisted play.
The application manages game state, turn structure, card resolution, campaign progression, and player secrecy using a two-deck system (Omen and Tactic decks). It includes a fully integrated rules engine, in-app rulebook, contextual help system, developer tools, and save/load functionality.
The software is designed to support hot-seat play, optional AI participants, and campaign-style sessions, while preserving player agency and hidden information. All game mechanics, text, and implementation are original.
