What runs government is not so much the “Executive,” “Legislative” and “Judicial” branches as it is the three pillars known as “Troopers,” “Slackers” and “Connivers.” Good Government Job is a scathing comedic satire about federal government employees doing everything they can to hold onto their government careers in spite of all the obstacles they face. Never knowing which knife they’ll need to dodge, they’ll either become reluctant Trooper whistle-blowers, skillful dead-play-acting Slackers, or masterful bullshitter Connivers. Their goal is singular; to ride this baby out till retirement.
