About the work
This is the content of an internal workshop given by Maria Luz Moraleda on November 28th 2015 to the new team of the Social Media Desk at Deutsche Welle Spanish:
-How to post breaking news through the social media plattforms of Deutsche Welle? I analize the publication of news like the German Wings tragedy of March 245th 2015, the ISIS Pictures debate, or the refugee syrian child found dead on the beach.
-How to manage digital conflicts on hard topics: comments by talks.
-In which case should we block, eliminate or ignore an user.
-The use of twitter and its hashtags as a media channel
-Posting of facebook in the most attractive way to bring more links to the website of DW Spanish
-Statistics and internal data about the website and our social media plattforms: youtube, facebook, twitter and google +.
