To win the wedding of their dreams, engaged couples must survive
a long weekend straight out of a nightmare.
The lovebirds are temporarily split and moved into separate houses, each joined by their closest friends for support. But the real twist? They’ll also be living with the people who knew them before: their exes.
First, each person spends time with their partner’s exes, opening the “Ex-Files” and uncovering raw truths, tough memories, and emotional baggage.
Then, the tables turn: they reconnect with their own exes, who share honest impressions of the current relationship and reflect on what went wrong, what might still be unresolved, and whether this new love is really built to last.
Before the experience ends, each side is thrown a wild and unpredictable bachelor(ette) party, planned and hosted by the exes themselves, who may not have the best intentions.
Finally, the couples are shown highlight reels from each other’s experience, including private confessions, unexpected moments, and hard-to-watch truths.
They reunite only at the altar, where they must make a final, public decision in front of their guests: will they say “I do”, walk away with “I’m done”, or confess “I don’t know yet”, and ask for more time before taking the next step?
